Client’s goal:
The client wanted to reorganize the living area in terms of both spaces and arrangement of the furnishings, and in terms of color palette.
The open kitchen has been partially shielded by a full-height partition that incorporates a refrigerated wine cellar. A wooden paneling covers the wall that runs through the entire apartment from the entrance to the external veranda, including bookshelves, platforms, display shelves and TV units. The bedroom has been completely renovated by covering the walls with wallpaper and adding an entirely designed and custom-made bed. The veranda houses a new storage cabinet made with characteristics suitable for outdoor use.
The restyling includes also some iconic pieces, such as the Eames Lounge Chair & Ottoman by Vitra, the Groundpiece sofa by Flexform, the Aim suspensions and the Atollo by Flos.
Materials used:
For the interior furnishings, we used Alpi-Wood and Fenix coatings that were supported by blockboard panels, while water-repellent support and anti-UV coatings were used for the storage of the veranda.
Client’s goal:
The client wanted to make the large terrace of the apartment a space to live in full comfort, where he could enjoy the view over the rooftops of Milan.
The creation of a pergola made of light metal equipped with integrated lighting and automated closing has created a dining area.
Materials used:
Aluminum profiles were used for the structure of the pergola, while the walkway and the platform of the solarium have the flooring in treated teak. The containment vases were made of treated and painted sheet metal.
